- Your user name will be your central station account number which can be located on your monitoring invoice.
- Your password will be your verbal passcode you give the central station operators to prove you are who you say you are. If you've lost your passcode you will need to come see us in person with a photo ID and we can give it to you or help you change it.
- Your Central Station account number must start with 680, 977, 179, N39, or 856 for this link work. If your Central Station account number has a different prefix, please Contact Us and we can give you your options for logging in to see your data.
